Am currently in Portugal. Have purchased 3 esims from SimOptions. First two worked fine. This one does NOT work. Emailed them to get a refund since i had to buy another Sim here in Portugal. Let's hope i get a refund. I would think twice about...

Paid for an eSIM and got the receipt and everything, but it didn't reflect on the app. the customer support took hours to try and solve the issue and in the end i asked for a refund. horrible experience.
