Bought plan for Vietnam. Worked out ok. Bought plan (e-sim) for Thailand befor arriving. Was not able to get online within the first hour after arrival. Everything looked ok on phone. Could not figure ouy what was wrong. WI-Fi in airport was crap so... ເບິ່ງເພີ່ມ

The live agent was really helpful, was able to diagnose the issue and resolve remotely via a chat box. Worked better than the AI agent support, so really enjoyed the human aspect of communicating with them. Live agent was Torin, he saved me twice... ເບິ່ງເພີ່ມ

completely useless. due to the many unnecessary restrictions placed on the app it is impossible to top up when the service expires. 1. it does not work with WIFI 2. the web site does not allow account access to top up 3. the so-called "support"... ເບິ່ງເພີ່ມ
