I have used Maya Mobile eSIM's while traveling in South America- Peru & Chile and in Japan-through Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima, and Tokyo. I have never had an issue with my internet access. They are affordable and reliable.
Even if it took a bit to connect. Starting internet service with mo internet service can be trucky we got consistently good service. Having access to regions instead of just countries is helpful if traveling around.
