Best customer service I have experienced in a while. Didn't know it existed still. I accidentally ordered and paid twice, but did not activate my e-Sim yet. Was refunded rightaway. Clear answers and to-the-point solution to my issue.

poor service in Japan. I used the slow speed of my carrier T-Mobile, it was limited in coverage but much better than Voye. switch back and forth provided only slightly better results.
