This would be a five-star review but it's the second time now I've bought a Jetpac e-sim and the automatic installation via the app with the instructions provided has not worked. However I would make this at least a 4.5 star review if that option
Great customer service through WhatsApp. I purchased two packs, gifting one another user but only one esim was provided. Quickly rectified and whilst we haven't used the esims yet, it provides me with a great deal of confidence Jetpack will sort out

I have used Jetpack a few times now in America and my daughter has used them whilst studying in America for 4 months. Sometimes installation can take a bit of fiddling, but once done the service is seamless, and we have enjoyed roaming in America
