Outstanding customer service. When I couldnโt get the eSIM installed on my phone, it was so easy to chat with a representative who immediately helped me identify the problem. When it couldnโt be resolved, Saily refunded my money, no questions asked.
I had made a mistake and purchased a plan on a different family members esim. Spoke to Clementine who cancelled the incorrect plan and credited my account so I could fix things. Really helpful and glad I didn't lose the money. Thanks
