Absolutely horrendous service. In my area which is Santa Cruz there is always issues because Digicel refuses to fix the main line. They are always understaffed in terms of technicians and it takes days to weeks for them to come fix the issue.
I used to be able to used this app. but now I tried to used it to add minutes to my family and I'm getting this message say !!!!! something went wrong !!!!! . and I can't do nothing about it. on the homepage it has no contact info. to get help
