Was simple and easy to sign up for an esim abroad. Reception was good in Amsterdam and Iceland, and plan fee was reasonable. I started with a plan included thru my VISA card, an alert once the plan had expired would have been good. Also would have

Easy to buy plans, extend them, follow up on usage, install on cell phone. Two suggestions for improvements: 1. When a plan expires and I haven't consumed all the capacity, it would be nice to be able to keep some credit to transfer to another
Terrible experience. Went to Italy on a cruise. Despite contacting customer service all attempts to troubleshoot failed on both my and my wife's phones. Complete waste of money and HUGE waste of time.
