Getting set up with a Saily eSIM was super quick and easy. I had some issues getting it all set up on my phone, but customer support were fantastic. I've never used an eSIM before, and they guided me through everything I needed. Thanks again Opal :)

Upon arriving in Australia Saily wasn't connecting with my e-sim. Owen in tech support did a great job of walking me through the all the possibilities of what could be causing the issue. He was able to get the issue resolved for me. Great customer
