I was having trouble on my end with my phone, not sure if I could use an eSim card. I ended up in a chat with someone at SimOptions. She was patient, and in the end said she would suggest not buying the eSim card until I was sure it would work. I
I have used them before on my last trip to Europe and decided to use them again this time around. The process is simple and their customer service dept answered almost immediately with some install questions. No doubt this will go well.
