Ferlene gave me excellent customer service when I was having trouble loading my second pack and trouble with my app. In general I have found Jetpac to be reliable and simple with an engaging ux in app!
Used it first time in Morocco, connected straight away so easy. Used it again in Thailand and had problems connecting but used the WhatsApp help line and got very quick resolution- brilliant customer service (Hannah!) thank you
Had some difficulty initially, but the technical support was superb, through whatsaap, the person was very patient and attentive and we eventually solved the issue. Very much appreciatedโค๏ธ
