Iโve been a loyal O2 customer for 10 years, and this has been an absolutely shocking experience. I simply wanted a 12-month SIM-only upgrade,which in the past was always honoured yet I had to speak to four different agents who all refused to help.

Dont think i need to be too specific after seeing all the other reviews. Terrible network capability, dishonest over the phone, pricings all over the place even for loyal customers 15+ years. Currently 5 phones and sim cards for the whole family. In

I would not give a star if this was possible. The worst ever customer service. Impossible to get any issues resolved. The app and website are awful. Network cover is inconsistent and simply rubbish. I feel like I need a science degree to understand
