They debited 3 times upfront payment for order but the order never go through. So i called for refund its been more then week but i didnt get anything. They are not even responding on call they put us on hold for 45 to 1 hour. The shit application.

If I could rate this app as zero, I would. This is the most terrible app in the world. There are so many prompts for security codes and all, yet once you finally enter the app, nothing works. You cant view your broadband status, the WiFi controls,
