由於公司和eSIM4Travel 有合作，因此每次出國都是忠實的使用者！ 以往赴日、美使用都非常順暢，到了當地都能很絲滑地接上網路。 但是這次在香港，根據官網指示操作了三次，重新設置及開機了三次，仍無法成功使用。 本I人在無計可施的情況下，只好選擇聯繫客服。 真的很感謝Claire溫暖的協助以及專業的態度，讓我在最短時間內，就把現代人最離不開的生存必須—網路問題處理好！！！ 再次感謝Claire!!是很優秀的客服人員！！
