The phone number was the main reason I bought this esim. However they could not get it to work. I had to buy an esim from another company. Simoptions customer service started off helpful, then showed no competence to fix the problem and then ignored

I found the SimOptions by a comparison search on Google. I liked the fact that the website allows me to see other esim options to help make choice. The app is easy to access , navigate and active the esim for the region am going to.
