Hi team, you are doing everything right with too technology but then swapping physical SIM with eSIM is nightmare with you. Very simple with about 5 providers. You jave a long list of steps tondo it where for ex EE, Sky or Voda it just a call away
Later edit: resolved through call center. Client service was on point. Currently using the service, works pretty ok in London, oscillating between 4G and 5G. Pleased overall with the outcome. Original post: I have ordered an eSIM but did not
