It's a bit confusing during the install you get a prompt that your esim will be used immediately... But once installed, it lets you know that it will activate when you arrive at your destination or after 30 days
I havenโt traveled yet, but wanted to prepare. Using the Sailybot I planned my trip. That didnโt worked out as hoped. So the ai needs some improvement. Yet the customer service is awesome. They helped me out immediately and to my full satisfaction.
