Generally very good but you will never receive 100% of what you pay for. Eg, you pay for 5gb, and you believe you will get 5gb, so you save 500mb for your last day of travel, so you can make payments by phone, order Uber, use google maps etc, but in

Amazing support! Flight to Europe was cancelled while we were in the lounge for travel to Europe from Australia (Trump blew up our trip!) Got an email to say sim activated. Emailed back and said not sure when we will get there. Refund immediately.
The eSIM was extremely easy to set up. I chose a data only package for New Zealand. It was straightforward and worked everywhere. I went on both north and south Islands. I was able to top up with additional data easily. As I will be travelling to
