Absolutely terrible. After taking a sim only plan all was working ok, then I started getting barraged with marketing texts from Lyca - short version of a really boring storyโฆ.i called multiple times and they just didnโt seem to be able to stop them
Avoid Lyca is A Fraud.. I have had nightmares with Lyca networks and customers service, they have zero customer duty care, when I open my pays&go sim Lyca mobile monthly charges was ยฃ11 pounds per month and 3 months later the price was changed
I purchased an eSIM from Lyca Mobile UK in April 2025 while in London. I no longer have access to the phone number, yet my account is still active and I am being charged for a service I cannot use. I have contacted customer support multiple times
