I had an issue with Saily working on my phone while I was traveling. I could only get it to work when connected to wifi, so I was basically without service while out exploring a new city. Henrik Starr worked diligently with me on a live chat until
I bought two identical plans for two different phones and unfortunately both installed on just one phone. I used the chat function and once I got a live person (Florence H. Was great) everything was sorted easily. Now have one plan per phone.
I bought the Turkey package and used it in Northern Cyprus. The internet either didn't work or there was coverage but the card didn't receive the internet or there was coverage but it was so bad that even Google showed that it wasn't available. I
Facing problem in travel while I apply the eSIM in my old device so present device kept some kind of mismatch and not able to install eSIM properly. Thanks to costumer support agent to help fix the issue and settle my extra payment properly.
