Responded straight away to my issue and refunded me. No questions asked. Will use again in the future

Had trouble initially because another sim on my mobile and then twilight app blocked installation. Then some confusion whether installing sim would also activate it. Consulting Dr. Google helped to resolve all of this

So far seems very user friendly for someone that is not tech savvy. Love the fact that I have purchased it, set it up, and it will just start when I arrive at the destination.
