Cove, and then Opal were really helpful, very patient and knowledgeable. Opal was able to take the ‘set up’ issue through to a successful completion and was very patient. She broke the process down into simple do-able steps for someone with NO clue

Not sure if my eSIM is set up. The app says it is but when I go to settings on my iPhone it says Add eSIM which I thought I did. The Add eSIM won’t work as there is no information to set it up.
