I couldn't install the Firsty plan I had purchased due to a hardware issue with my phone's eSIM. I contacted customer support to explain the situation, and they processed a refund immediately. Five stars for their excellent customer service.
great app, fair pricing and has served me very well in my recent trips. The pricing is the best of other esim apps, and is so much better than all the hassle of buying a new sim at landing
very slow speed and 300 mb limit for free users I don't like how they a frustrating us to buy and paid option
