Purchased this esim for Dubai and had no problems at all. Was a fast connection and as downloaded it before I left Europe, I could use WhatsApp for text. Couldn't make a video call, but I don't think that's the issue of the esim as technically
Love esim, would definitely recommend getting it downloaded on your phone for holiday and business outside of the UK. It's great rates and easy to set up and install..and when your back in the UK you can switch it off and turn back on your normal
