After it not working in South Africa, and i gave it a poor review, I was emailed by the Customer servces team who explained that I didn't press start. Well silly me. So 5 stars for Customer services and sorting me out with a free connection to

None ->eSIM technical info <- and QR are sent by email. So none mobile Wi-Fi device like "Acer M6E 5G" or "Netgear Nighthawk M7 " can be used.

Hi Gustavo! You're right, GoMoWorld installs the eSIM directly via the app and isn't compatible with mobile Wi-Fi devices like the Acer M6E or Netgear Nighthawk. We can see our support team processed a full refund for you within minutes! 😊 A workaround for future trips: activate GoMoWorld on your smartphone and share the connection via hotspot to your Wi-Fi device. Not as direct, but it works great! 📡
