Renewed BB, TV and added my mobile contract to EE for another 24 months. Great service, zero faults in 24 months. Easy to do over phone. EE has UK call centre, staff are so helpful and communication was clear, helpful, friendly and above all easy.
I have made numerous calls to discuss my Bt/EE account renewal, with excuses as to why this could not be done. Today I make another phone call, to the same dept, and got a successful renewal contract without delay. Today's guy was knowledgeable
EE I think have a UK based customer services. Julie took my sales call for broadband. I explained issues I had getting wifi with 2 other providers. So she checked the sales order twice, over a 48 hr period to ensure there were no tech issues causing
Whilst we managed to reduce our Broadband rate and lock in for a further 12 months, which was our goal, there was far too much time spent trying to sell us cell phones/sim cards/Netflix etc. The 2 advisors Steven and Robert were top blokes and were
