Although I couldn’t install the eSIM (probably because of my phone) the customer support was very friendly and patient to find a solution. There is also no issue with getting a refund in such case.

I have used the services numerous times. The connection is always great across Europe. Connectivity never has been an issue even when you cross borders. If you have any issues the response by e-mail and Whatsapp is instant.
