Jetpac is very easy to use and the eSim setup was quick and smooth. What impressed me the most was the excellent customer service. They were very responsive and helpful when I had a question. It was 3am here🤭
Great friendly service. I ran into some problems with my phone and needed to refund my Jetpack esims. there was no hesitation at all, just support. I will certainly use Jetpack next time as this level of integrity gives me great confidence in terms
The setup email QR code didn’t come through properly (twice) but I used WhatsApp support, thanks Theresa, who was fantastic and sent thru the QR code, all fixed in minutes. Excellent and fast support, but maybe this happens a lot?
