very easy process to understand and download. I however realized that my phone was locked and couldn't use the esim after I had already bought it. But I used the chat bot and they cancelled my order and sent a refund in under 5 minutes. Very helpful

they have competitive pricing and there is always some 10% coupon out there. they don't charge extra for 5G when available. they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive esim option. I tried them in my visit to mediterranean sea (greece and
