I've used Jetpac eSIMs on many trips before, without issue. On my most recent trip I had issues connecting and getting data access, and their Global Support Team tried various methods to fix the problem until finally landing on one that worked.

I used Jetpac in 2024 - no problems . This time in 2026 I had a lot of hassle connecting the eSIM . Customer support was prompt but ineffective- in the end I suggested deleting it and reinstalling- that worked. Just don’t bother buying the half
