Terrible company. Dishonest duplicitous overseas centres. No procedure to make complaints. If you do complain they're rude and aggressive to you. Their download speed and telephone reception is appalling. Really regret trying them and cannot wait to
Terrible company as you should already know. I'm stuck in a new contract with barely any coverage despite the checker saying it's excellent. Technical teams have done nothing to resolve it and no offer to cancel within cooling off period. Please
Started off with them taking two direct debits each mony which is fraud, they then placed unrelated amonts int the bank. Their front liners on the phone do not listen and when their undertakings fail to emerge they have to be considered as liars.
Absolute well and truly cowboys. How this company still legally operates within the UK is well and truly beyond me, if you can even say within the UK eith Mr Sanjeet "supporting" all the way across the world... I won't even bother going into detail
