Great customer service! My phone was not compatible with eSIMs (so I can't comment on the data package), but it was very easy to reach out to customer service through whatsapp and a representative processed a refund without hassle within minutes.
I can highly recommend this app for travelers who want to use an e-sim. It works like a charm. I had one connection issue today, but after reaching out to the Customer Support, Randy was able to help me resolve my issue very easily. I will use this
