Scam behaviours with their sim cards, the manual top off of a sim card enrolls you in an automatic bundle purchase automatically that you need to cancel from your end. Entire purpose of a top off is I do one off payments when I want. They refused to

Where to begin? Ordered an esim, but a physical sim arrived. Looked online and found it was straightforward to convert to esim. First had to register, this took ages as the security code texts never arrived until the 3rd request. Once that was done
