no signal to use it's only a scam no customers support the app is week no real chat to person

I bought one month plan for Bahrain. But they send me invalid eSIM that can’t be installed. When I contacted their customer support they said it will be refunded but they never did.
Bad experience with failed activation of plan. Automatic answer at customer service make it more and more useless. more than a week for refund with no answer or response
