Very slow response time with customer support. Had an issue with the activation code, it has been close to 12hrs and issue still outstanding. Tried using email and WhatsApp, despite sending a very specific email with my issue, I kept getting generic... ပိုမိုကြည့်ရှုရန်

My problem was resolved and i was assisted well. I suggest though that if troubleshooting communication is interrupted due to time difference or for whatever reason, the next time the customer comes back to continue, the flow should also continue... ပိုမိုကြည့်ရှုရန်
