Pretty easy to install and use. I added data to an esim which was tied to my old phone and customer support helped me resolve within 2 minutes.

Good and easy process. However, the application could have been smarter. I had the Saily e-sim already installed, but still, it added anothet e-sim.

Why oh why did I bother. The setup seems straightforward, but only if you are a techie wizard, which I am not. No instructions about activating once you are at your destination away from the UK where you are going to use the service. The setup...
