Avoid Lyca is A Fraud.. I have had nightmares with Lyca networks and customers service, they have zero customer duty care, when I open my pays&go sim Lyca mobile monthly charges was £11 pounds per month and 3 months later the price was changed
I purchased an eSIM from Lyca Mobile UK in April 2025 while in London. I no longer have access to the phone number, yet my account is still active and I am being charged for a service I cannot use. I have contacted customer support multiple times

I ported into Lyca. My SIM was never activated. After 2 months of long winded calls and online chats, the issue still wasn't resolved. I ported away having never once been able to use the SIM. They confirmed the account was cancelled (but didn't
