Transferring eSIM from one phone to a new one isn't hard. You should have an option to guide users through transferring by deleting from the old phone before the app can add to the new phone. Was a frustrating 20 minutes before that last resort made... ပိုမိုကြည့်ရှုရန်

The process of installing the Saily e-Sim didn't go forward (Oops failed to install). Chatting with a bot was very adequate but did not solve my problem. A live assistant patiently did manage to guide me through the process of manually installing... ပိုမိုကြည့်ရှုရန်
