Absolute Nightmare. It stopped me being able to use WiFi. I asked for a refund because I had completely lost trust as it also made data near unavailuble, either from the phone provider or them. They said they'd troubleshoot but I don't want...

Had trouble initially because another sim on my mobile and then twilight app blocked installation. Then some confusion whether installing sim would also activate it. Consulting Dr. Google helped to resolve all of this

So far seems very user friendly for someone that is not tech savvy. Love the fact that I have purchased it, set it up, and it will just start when I arrive at the destination.
