Had a little trouble installing my new esim for upcoming Bali trip, but this was sorted out quickly by the online chat team. :-)
I bought 3 esims for an upcoming trip, and the wrong one was set to use first. The help desk via WhatsApp was able to help me, talk me through what to look out for, etc, and my problem was solved. Really appreciate your patience, both Carl and Joevy...
I had 2 days in Japan with slow internet but I contacted customer services thru WhatsApp and they solved it in 10 minutes We have been 12 people in January no issues with all esims. In South Korea we were not able to contract
