works but extremely slow... a webpage with images might take several minutes to load. if it loads at all. disappointed and I don't think there's any way to refund. edit: after a few hours the speed has improved ๐ it better but reception is patchy.

Great support from Dinah on support desk. I don't have a eSim compatible phone and use a Switch.eSim card. Dinah got me up and running with a trial QR code. I am confident my data will be sorted before leaving for Asia with a regional plan.
