My problem was resolved and i was assisted well. I suggest though that if troubleshooting communication is interrupted due to time difference or for whatever reason, the next time the customer comes back to continue, the flow should also continue...
I ordered 2 eSIM packs only to find out our devices aren’t compatible. They refunded me right away. Customer service over WhatsApp was great.
