Just visited the Wellingborough Three branch to update mobile phone and broadband contracts. The customer service representative that assisted us named Adrian was more than helpful. My wife and I, who are not that tech savvy, had so many questions
Adam couldnt have been anymore helpful than he was. He went above and beyond and made it easy to understand our options. We didnt feel pressured into making any decisions. You can see why Adam is the store manager. We will make sure to ask for him
