Absolutely terrible company to use. E Sims are almost impossible to cancel l, they just keep charging with auto renewal. Not a single person I spoke to at customer service spoke anything remotely like English, I just repeated numbers and hoped for
Easy to order and app seems okay. Getting good reception in places but being in a rural location need wifi calling that sadly Lycamobile doesn't support as yet. So will probably go to EE.

Avoid Lyca is A Fraud.. I have had nightmares with Lyca networks and customers service, they have zero customer duty care, when I open my pays&go sim Lyca mobile monthly charges was £11 pounds per month and 3 months later the price was changed
