Good eSIM. Used it in El Salvador and now about to use it in Chile!
Terrible experience. Went to Italy on a cruise. Despite contacting customer service all attempts to troubleshoot failed on both my and my wife's phones. Complete waste of money and HUGE waste of time.
I tried this on a months vacation. It worked about 10% of the time. When I really needed the data it wasn't available. The company is at the mercy of the local carrier and they don't care whether it works or not. Not worth the money, time or effort.
purchased a week plan for a cruise and although connected, the service was completely worthless. was not able to send any messages. recieved emails for a few days then stopped. was not able to get help since the service did not work. don't waste
