We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our records show that you’ve successfully used Esimatic 3 times before. However, your eSIM wasn't enabled correctly on your device, despite our support team providing the necessary activation instructions. We believe it’s unfair to hold our service responsible when the required steps haven't been followed.
