Rowan quickly understood that there's a problem with either customer side or Saily. So, he took the right and quick decision and rectified the issues. While other's last night did not despite my telling them to re-issue or find other ways to solve
I made a mistake and booked 2 packages, but after connecting the service line my problem was solved in no time via email and I got a full refund back on my credit card. Great and friendly service and everything works well!
