Had an issue with my eSIM after I landed at the destination. They responded super quickly over WhatsApp and helped me sort everything out. Totally recommend! Will use them again!
I had missed two helpers twice and had to keep giving repeating details until i was able to connect with a third person, which i did not like the process. But, when i met the third person Theresa, she was very helpful and solved my problem swiftly.
I had issues installing and once done it kept disconnecting. When texted Nel was extremely helpful
i couldnt install the e-sim to my device i think because i had an old one and it didnt recognise it or something else. But jetpac global whatsapp helpline did help in minutes. i really like how helpfull they are thats why i choose them every single...
