After it not working in South Africa, and i gave it a poor review, I was emailed by the Customer servces team who explained that I didn't press start. Well silly me. So 5 stars for Customer services and sorting me out with a free connection to
None ->eSIM technical info <- and QR are sent by email. So none mobile Wi-Fi device like "Acer M6E 5G" or "Netgear Nighthawk M7 " can be used.

That said, a workaround worth trying: activate GoMoWorld on your phone and use the hotspot feature to share your connection with your Acer or Netgear device. Not as seamless as a direct install, but it gets the job done! 📡
