We spoke to Kirsty who was really helpful and patient when going through everything with us. We have all the products with you including broadband, TV package and 5 mobile packages. It increases in price every year so any savings are really helpful.
Extremely helpful staff who resolved an unusual broadband problem in an efficient way. Talked me through the whole process until it was sorted. Also reviewed & reduced the price we are currently paying!! Well done EE

Hassan was excellent. He explained my options very clearly and followed up our initial call with a call to tech colleagues, promising to call me back with further info ....which he did. He is a very good communicator and has effective customer
